  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

  • As our products are handcrafted, processing time may vary slightly during high-demand periods

  • We ship across India using reliable courier partners

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or courier delays


3. International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to selected countries

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days after dispatch

  • International delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance and destination country regulations


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Charges may vary based on location, weight, and order value


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes

  • These charges are not included in product or shipping prices

  • All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer

  • DesertDori is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities


6. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect


7. Delays & Lost Shipments

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • DesertDori is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances

  • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch


9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review the case and assist as per our Return & Refund Policy.
